For colleges, universities, and career schools, the Readiness Foundation offers the ability to recruit students into their institutions as early as 6th grade. All post-secondary schools can review student profiles, request transcripts, and view SAT and ACT test scores. They can create customized lists of students to recruit based on the following search criteria:

  • Grade level
  • Race
  • First-generation status
  • Single-family or two-parent household
  • Grade point average
  • Class rank
  • PSAT scores
  • ACT Aspire scores
  • SAT combined scores
  • ACT scores
  • Home address

Additionally, colleges, universities, and career schools can have a customized platform built with their institution’s branding. This platform can host a four-year student success program and financial aid completion services at the college and university level. The platform will include portals for admissions, financial aid, student services, and athletic departments to ensure that students are well-prepared to enter the institution. This comprehensive approach helps streamline the recruitment process and supports student success from the outset.

Employers

For employers, the Readiness Foundation provides the ability to recruit high school students, college students, and adults into their places of business. Employers can recruit potential employees based on the following search criteria, with all actions conducted based on the permission of the students or adults being recruited:

  • Type of post-secondary institution
  • Location/address

Employers will have access to the Readiness Foundation database, which contains millions of students and adults prepared to enter the workforce for the first time or those preparing to reenter the workforce.
